Seasoning Mix: Lee Kum Kee Fine Chili Sauce 2 tsp, Hot chili oil 1 tsp, Salt 1/2 tsp, Sugar 1/4 tsp, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce dash, Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil dash. Procedure: 1. Wash and drain bean sprouts. Shred the bean curds. Prepare seasoning mix. 2. Fry bean curd in hot oil. Strain and set aside. 3. Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, sauté ginger and garlic, stir-fry bean sprouts. Add seasoning mix. Stir well. Dish up and put on plate. Sprinkle bean curd crisps on top.
